4.00am Monday Morning

Last nite, i slept at 4.00am, maybe 4.30am. Maybe la, hav to install 2 units PC ordered by our regular customer. Its happen when one of this unit ader msalah sket. Nasib baik lps tu, semua ok. Then this Monday morning, aku deliver semua brg2. Cuma aku tertinggal satu lagi LCD Monitor coz tak cukup tangan nak bwk tadi. Alih alih, officer tu cakap cheque bleh dpt on Wednesday. Alamak, abis aku... dah la esok aku kena ambik stok lagi untuk 2 units. Camana ni.
Xleh jadi, aku call manager diorang, mintak tolong suruh kasi aku cheque tu hari ni gak. Kalau tak, aku tak leh nak wat rolling for next project. Alhamdulillah, kul 3.00pm aku dpt cheque aku RM10K. campur tadi punya payment ader la gi RM12K. Cukup utk next project.


Then, I've called Sazli informed to prepare for his part this wed. Mana tau kot2 dia tak der kat KL. I need meet him this wed for our new ofis layout and location. We also need to find format and theme for our new homepage http://www.e-shop.com.my .

Double Order

Susah payah JK dapatkan satu projek akhirnya berbaloi bila kami dapat serentak 2 projek and 1 projek still in the waiting list. Alhamdullillah. Satu deliver hari ni, Friday dan satu lagi deliver next week, Monday. Hari punya semua dah settle by En Abi. Memang polisi kami, jika kami bleh deliver awal, kami buat secepat mungkin. Bagi kami, RS Ichiban prefer bagi extra service to our customer, selagi ianya tidak membebankan extra operational cost.
As per our quota, we managed to achieve our target this month (March) based on our Monthly Sales Target, but, as long as we can get more sales, we're willing to do that. More sales, means more profit. More profit means more bonus.
Our office still in the process of moving out to another location. Coz of certain reason, JK and Sazli bz on their own life's, we still looking for a better office environment.

We're moving

Based on last experience, Jocko managed to find new office space after March 2006. We're now still in the process of moving from previous location Section 13 to new location also in Shah Alam. For time being, our homepages and also phone no. will be disable until further notice.

In the same time, we're inthe process of upgrading our new server and products into our websites. We will launched our new re-branding soon. Sazli and Jocko will monitor our IT team to finalised final product.

Furthermore, our company also managed to get small jobs from SPS Setia Sdn Bhd, a developer company to be a Marketing Agent. We will propose to them to build new website and internet ads.

RS Ichiban (001566630H)

RS Ichiban mula ditubuhkan selepas re-structuring A&A Mesra Enterprise Sdn Bhd. Yg mana idea asal dr En Sazli. Akhirnya selepas persetujuan antara ahli-ahli terlibat, Sazli, Rosmadi dan Azman kami sepakat menubuhkan satu syarikat kecil, bagi tujuan "supporting dan marketing" kpd A&A Mesra Enterprise Sdn Bhd.

Oleh yg demikian, Julai 2005, kami sepakat mendaftarkan syarikat kecil ini sebagai syarikat yg berdaftar dgn pihak Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM).

Jika diikutkan, RS Ichiban adalah hanya salah satu cabang "Family Business" yg mana semua ahli-ahli di dlm RS Ichiban mempunyai Pertalian Saudara.

Bermula dgn agak perlahan, yg mana kami memfokuskan kpd IT Services, kami dah berjaya mendapatkan "jobs" di Pusat Kesihatan Daerah Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam dan Puchong atau lebih dikenali sbg PKD Petaling. http://www.prostarpetaling.com . Kami membantu pihak PKD menyediakan laman web asal Prostar PKD Petaling bagi tujuan komersil dan komuniti PKD Petaling. Setelah tempoh percubaan tamat, projek tersebut kami "hand-over' semuanya kpd pihak PKD Petaling, dan sehingga sekarang laman web tersebut di kelolakan oleh pegawai pegawai PKD Petaling dan ahli-ahli mereka.

Sebagai memenuhi cabaran untuk terus berjaya, kami sedikit demi sedikit mencari peluang2 bisnes yg ada. Hasilnya, kami berjaya menjual dan mengedarkan peralatan IT dan "Personal Computer" kpd pihak Kooperasi Kredit dan Pelaburan BNM. Alhamdulilah, rekod kami baik di sana. Kami banyak mendapat tempahan untuk pembelian Laptop dan Desktop.

Hingga hari ini, kami masih lagi berusaha untuk teruskan perjuangan kami. Kami sekaranag masih dlm proses untuk melobi mendapatkan tawaran melakukan kerja-kerja Sub-Con. Sebagai permulaan, kami war-war kan laman web terbaru kami. http://www.rsichiban.com . Walaupun kami masih belum mencecah 1 tahun, kami akan bersaing dgn pesaing lain secara professional.
